Products listed for direct purchase in our Shop are ordered and paid for through the website checkout. Product price, shipping, and applicable sales tax are shown before payment. Shop products must be paid in full when the order is placed and are governed by our Refund and Returns Policy.
Custom Orders Are Build One at a Time
Custom-built products from Casada Speed Equipment are individually built to order. They are not mass-produced or kept in finished inventory. Customers should place orders well in advance and allow sufficient time for completion.
Custom Order Process
- Contact Casada Speed Equipment before placing a custom order or shipping any parts.
- Provide the requested information about your engine, vehicle, fuel system, intended use, and desired components.
- Casada Speed Equipment will review the project and provide the proposed configuration, price, payment terms, and estimated completion time.
- A 50% nonrefundable deposit is required before materials are ordered or work begins. An inquiry or verbal discussion does not reserve a place in the build schedule.
- Custom orders may require up to four weeks after the deposit and all required customer information or components have been received. Customers should order early and allow sufficient time for completion.
- When the order is complete, the customer will receive notice of the remaining balance and shipping charges. The order will not be shipped until all funds have cleared our bank.
Custom Product Inquiry
Tell us about your vehicle, engine, and what you want to build. We’ll review the information and contact you before any custom order is placed.
Payment Methods
Payment may be made by credit card or cashier’s check. Cashier’s checks must be issued by a recognized financial institution. No custom order will be started or shipped until the applicable payment has cleared our bank. Never send credit-card information by email.
Cancellation and Refunds
All custom-built products and services are final sale. The 50% deposit is nonrefundable because it reserves production time and may be used to purchase parts and begin work specifically for that customer.
Custom orders cannot be canceled, returned, or refunded because the customer changes their mind, no longer needs the product, ordered incorrectly, experiences financial difficulty, or fails to confirm compatibility. This policy does not limit rights that cannot legally be waived or claims involving a confirmed error by Casada Speed Equipment.
Final Payment and Unpaid Orders
The remaining balance, including shipping charges, is due when Casada Speed Equipment gives written notice that the custom order is complete. The order will not be released or shipped until the final payment has cleared our bank.
If final payment is not received within 30 calendar days after written notice of completion, the order may be considered abandoned. Casada Speed Equipment may retain the deposit and, to the extent permitted by law, sell, repurpose, or otherwise dispose of the completed product or components to recover its costs.
